These terms govern your use of captainmyrtle.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Course admission, events, and online bookings may also be subject to policies shown at purchase or communicated by Captain Myrtle Mini Golf.

Website Information

We work to keep course information accurate, but prices, hours, availability, promotions, event options, and weather operations can change. Information on the website is provided for general planning and does not guarantee availability. Contact us when current details are important to your visit.

Online Bookings

Online booking is provided through ROLLER, a third-party service. A booking is not complete until the checkout process confirms it. Transactions may also be subject to ROLLER’s terms and privacy practices and to any cancellation, refund, arrival, or rescheduling policies displayed during checkout.

Course Use and Safety

Guests must follow posted rules and reasonable instructions from course staff. Children 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Outdoor surfaces, steps, water features, landscaping, moving players, and weather can create risks. Please use ordinary care, supervise children, wear appropriate footwear, and stop play if conditions are unsafe.

Play may be delayed, suspended, or ended because of lightning, heavy rain, unsafe conditions, maintenance, capacity, or events. Ask course staff about any rain-check option available for the circumstances of your visit.

Group Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. Group pricing, packages, private rentals, deposits, and availability must be confirmed by Captain Myrtle Mini Golf.

Digital Scorecard

The digital scorecard stores game information locally in your browser. Scores are for entertainment and may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device changes, or the page is reset. We are not responsible for lost scorecard data.

Intellectual Property

The website’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, and other original content are owned by Captain Myrtle Mini Golf or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not copy or republish its content without permission.

Links to booking, maps, reviews, and social platforms lead to services we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captain Myrtle Mini Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
